July 2020 Facebook Consumption

Starting June this year, I started to track my Facebook time consumption. I'm not yet sure what impact it can bring into my life, but I'm looking forward that it can give me an insight on how I can better manage my virtual personality.

As discussed in my June report, I tracked the time I actually spent rather than just what time I reached my quota. Here is the summary of the July 2020 statistics:
