Cholesterol and Glucose

* Gain weight thru diet modification and regular exercise


My whole life has been rich in vegetables and fruits. I am this slim because I don't each much meat. I was able to maintain that 42 kgs until busy season. Kaso, nagkasakit kasi ako last month. So, goodbye volume and mass. HAHAHA. I was thinner when I made initial gown measurements than when I actually wore it. When I entered review school, I tried gaining some mass through a more balanced diet. From 39 kilograms (???), I was able to SOMEHOW raise it to 42 kgs after 7 months of review. I felt I gained volume, too. HAHAHA. Lately, I've become an avid watcher of HAHAHA of Masterchef and Pick Up Limes (I even subscribed haahhaha). I was trying to reshift my diet to gain strength* for the next busy season. Kaso, when I reviewed my APE results, my cholesterol and glucose levels were glaring. HAHA. Hindi ko na nga napansin 'yung BMI ko kasi I already have an expectation (na na-match ng actual results hahahaha). It's kinda expected for me kasi nga I came from sickness. Haha. (* Yeah, strength. I decided I don't need to be fat because this slim figure of mine is my limit no matter what practical measures I do haha. I don't aim for weight either. What I want is strength from bone and muscle development siguro then other things will follow.) Kaso, when I reviewed my APE results, my cholesterol and glucose levels were glaring. HAHA. Hindi ko na nga napansin 'yung BMI ko kasi I already have an expectation (na na-match ng actual results hahahaha). It's kinda expected for me kasi nga I came from sickness. Haha. Pero, my cholesterol and glucose... ??? It's a conflict between getting protein and avoiding bad fat. HAHAHA. When I was younger, HINDI AKO MAHILIG SA FASTFOOD, and my mass was 39. Dahil sa busy season and scarcity of home economics time, I took in fastfood more than what I know I should (after I recovered from the sickness na 'to ha), and I was still 39. So maybe I shouldn't look at my mass anymore? Maybe I should watch my cholesterol level instead? I don't know. I love Century Tuna. And I know I'm low at glucose. I don't put sugar on juice, on food, I don't drink softdrinks, I like unsweetened pineapple, I DON'T EAT CHOCOLATES, I DON'T EAT DONUTS, etc. I know I'm low on glucose. But, I didn't expect this low. Hahaha. Today, I tried to take in half a slice of cheesecake. I thought my head was receiving too much glucose than it can handle. Hindi s'ya sanay sa ganoon karaming sugar and calories e. It felt like I took two weeks worth of sugar. Tapos, saka ko lang nabasa 'yung tungkol sa glucose level ko. How I wish inubos ko na 'yung cheesecake (kahit tumitibok na 'yung temple ko). It'a a conflict between "I want to raise my sugar" and "I cannot eat sugar and I don't like sugar either." Life is so full of weird dilemmas. Wala naman akong point. Haha. Nagulat lang talaga ako sa cholesterol at glucose levels ko. Hahahahahaha.
