Burnout through Unappreciation

"Garbage in, garbage out." There are people who are actually trying to make something beautiful out of junk. But, other people will not care whatever the input was—they will only look at the output. If the output is good, you are good, whether you started with nice things or with nothing at all. If the output is bad, you are bad, whether your nice things spoiled along the way or you started with nothing at all. You will feel discouraged and unmotivated. No matter how much you tell yourself, "It's okay," the impact of other people's opinions linger on you. If you can brush it off once or twice, that's the limitation. Even if you did not mind at first, or if you do not mind evey single time, those opinions subconsciously weather you away. Yes, you do not have to be aware for the opinions to change you. Soon enough, you will neglect your hobby, you will shift to other interests, you will stop practicing your talent, and you will forget that once-burning passion to magically turn garbage into something beautiful. That is one of the many ways you lose interest on things you once loved—a talent, a hobby, a person, a job, other people or life itself. Don't become the reason for the death of enthusiasm of someone. #MentalHealthAwareness
